Key Details:
Salary: £22,022 per annum
Location: Office-based (with potential for hybrid work after probation)
Hours/Benefits:
- 35 hours per week
- 23 days of holiday per year
- Death in service benefit (10x salary)
- Company pension, with optional dental and private medical insurance after 6 months
- Performance-related bonus
Your Role:
- Assist the Sales Team with administrative tasks and renewal management.
- Manage inbound calls and follow up on renewals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Support sales activity reporting and various projects.
Skills & Experience:
- Prior administrative experience in private medical insurance or financial services.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and build strong relationships.
- Must be a UK-based applicant with unrestricted right to work.
