We are recruiting for an ambitious salesperson to join an exciting and growing company based in Watford.

If you are a confident communicator with a natural ability to build great rapport with clients, this is a fantastic opportunity to prove your capabilities within a supportive team, where your efforts will be rewarded with uncapped commission

This is a warm sales position where you will be working to convert qualified leads to sign clients to the varied services offered, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships.
Full supportive and encouraging training will be provided.

**Key responsibilities for the Sales Consultant**:

- Manage inbound prospective calls from lead generated clients and convert them into sales
- Provide a prompt and courteous customer excellence approach
- To be aware of the company’s valued behaviours and amplify these when communicating with prospective clients
- Maintain the company database and pipeline, using CRM Salesforce
- Ensuring data capture is accurate, informative as and when it is given
- Work collaboratively with other members of the team to maximise on conversion rates
- Take personal responsibility to build an in-depth knowledge of clients, services, whilst keeping up to date with changes to UK Legislation
- Support prospective clients with any queries they may have to help with their understanding of the offer and services offered
- Cross sell and up sell as and when opportunities arise

**For this Sales Consultant role the employer is looking for**:

- A minimum of two years’ experience within a sales environment
- Experience in converting warm leads to closed sales
- A problem solver and excellent communicator
- Excellent communicator, with the capability to adapt to various industries
- Positive attitude, great interpersonal skills, approachable
- Flexible and driven work ethic
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm
