About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at Vistry West London. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the sales process on our development, ensuring a seamless customer journey and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to completion, ensuring all necessary records and documentation are maintained.
  • Develop and deliver sales pitches and tours of the show home and development, highlighting the benefits of our properties.
  • Negotiate with customers to achieve the best sales outcome for the business.
  • Utilize technology to generate sales leads and follow up on customer enquiries.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of the team.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceptional sales skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle complaints and difficult situations.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and ability to work under pressure.
  • Full driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle.
  • Ability to work weekends and travel to all sales sites, including regional offices.
