Join a dynamic and rapidly expanding health insurance company with over 20 years of industry success as a Sales Support Consultant . We are seeking a driven individual to provide essential support to our clients Sales Team and manage key client renewals. This role combines administrative responsibilities with direct sales support, offering an excellent pathway for professional growth.

Key Details:

Salary: £22,022 per annum

Location: Office-based (with potential for hybrid work after probation)

Hours/Benefits:

  • 35 hours per week
  • 23 days of holiday per year
  • Death in service benefit (10x salary)
  • Company pension, with optional dental and private medical insurance after 6 months
  • Performance-related bonus

Your Role:

  • Assist the Sales Team with administrative tasks and renewal management.
  • Manage inbound calls and follow up on renewals.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Support sales activity reporting and various projects.

Skills & Experience:

  • Prior administrative experience in private medical insurance or financial services.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and build strong relationships.
  • Must be a UK-based applicant with unrestricted right to work.
