A leading premium spirit company is seeking an experienced and driven UK Sales Lead to accelerate the growth of its Prestige Gin across the UK prestige on-trade. You'll shape the commercial strategy, lead key national & regional accounts, and work closely with marketing and activation teams.

Commercial Growth & Account Management
Lead and execute the UK commercial plan across 5* hotels, luxury restaurants, and premium hospitality groups
Oversee account P&L, ensuring profitable growth and alignment with business targets
Build and maintain strong partner relationships to secure listings, drive visibility, and optimise rate of sale
Manage brand activations with marketing, ensuring alignment to the commercial calendar
Brand & Product Advocacy
Deliver masterclasses and training sessions with autonomy
Champion the brand story and craftsmanship
Use advanced liquid knowledge to elevate trade engagement and brand perception
Networking & Business Development
Leverage an established industry network to accelerate distribution
Provide and maintain a customer list of prestige accounts
Identify and onboard new high-value opportunities aligned with brand positioning
3–5 years' experience in premium spirits, beverages, or luxury hospitality sales
~ Proven success in key account management and commercial delivery
~ P&L management experience and strategic planning capability
~ WSET Level 2–3 (preferred)
