We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives and enhance brand visibility. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing sales teams, and driving revenue growth. Duties

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organisational targets and expand market share.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and marketing teams to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital media, print, and events.
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term collaborations.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
  • Oversee the organisation's branding efforts to ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Coordinate with product development teams to align marketing strategies with new product launches.
