You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed.
The Sales Enablement Lead for Custom Solution RFPs will join HarbourVest's Institutional Product Marketing team and be responsible for leading Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other prospective investor requests such as follow-up questionnaires and fundraising inquiries in support of our custom solutions.
Possesses strong analytical skills along with writing, editing, and proofreading proficiencies.
Demonstrates effective interpersonal and project management abilities.
Experienced in leading multiple projects, maintaining attention to detail, and working collaboratively.
Understands performance analytics and brings a strong level of proficiency with data
Serve as project lead, facilitating kick-off meetings, communicating tasks, generating content, and coordinating team members to fulfill investor requests.
Ensure responses align with SEC marketing guidelines in collaboration with Marketing Compliance.
Work with internal functional teams (solutions, investments, operations, legal/compliance, etc.) Builds content to support our Separately Managed Accounts, including the relevant investment strategies for each custom solution
Edits and proofreads written materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency
Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat and RFP software is a plus
Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (BS) or higher degree or equivalent experience
8-10+ years of proven experience in investment management/private equity/fixed income/marketing/RFP capacity preferred
