  • Confirm pricing, specifications, and delivery details for each sales inquiry.
  • Prepare a detailed price breakdown for every inquiry.
  • Reserve and place orders for products and related accessories.
  • Review order confirmations, ensuring there are no discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to verify order specifications.
  • Review and process verbal order sheets.
  • Compile documentation for handover meetings.
  • Update pricing information regularly.
  • Inform the sales team of new promotions and product models.
  • Keep the product delivery schedule up-to-date.
  • Issue movement instructions for each logistical move.
  • Maintain and update the machine database.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to suppliers, deliveries, and more.
