**Wise May are looking for a Project Coordinator to assist various projects in and around the London area.**

**This Building Consultancy is an extremely friendly business and based in the South West London area.**

**Key responsibilities**

Your primary areas of responsibility are to work closely with the Senior Workplace Consultant to deliver space utilisation surveys, online staff surveys, and ad-hoc project work. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Liaising with clients to understand their overall brief and clarify objectives
- Create and maintain relationships with clients, regularly liaising with them to provide updates, confirm scheduling, logístical requirements, etc.
- Consolidate and draft project proposals and quotes, using standard templates, working with other team members to ensure proposals are sent out in a timely manner.

**Skills required**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to effectively prioritise tasks.
- Excellent administrative and IT skills (a good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential) and the ability to maintain project monitoring and administrative records.
- Be comfortable with data analysis and reporting.
