Conference and Events Coordinator

Tate Recruitment is seeking a skilled Conference and Events Coordinator to join our team.
About the Role:
- This role involves coordinating conferences and events from conceptualization to execution, ensuring seamless delivery and exceeding client expectations.
- The ideal candidate will have 1-3+ years of experience in event management, branding, and/or experiential marketing, with a proven track record of successful event execution.
- This role requires excellent project management skills, financial management, and the ability to collaborate with vendors and internal teams.
About You:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven creative and operational management responsibility in a team setting
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fully competent in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong oral and written communication skills
