Headquartered in Hong Kong and expanding globally, we're now inviting a select group of proven recruiters to join our OSL Talent Circle — an exclusive network of independent recruiters and boutique headhunters partnering directly with us on key global hires.
This is not a full-time role — it's an independent, own-time-own-target partnership where you earn commission-based rewards for successful referrals.
Once qualified, you'll become an official OSL Talent Circle member, with access to:
Attractive referral rewards — paid directly once your candidate passes probation
Direct ATS access — submit and track candidates transparently under your own login
Referral Rewards
Earn a referral bonus equivalent to HKD 10,000–50,000, depending on the job level and function of each successful hire.
Eligible roles include Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Legal & Compliance, Engineering, Product, Client Management and other key functions.
