Job Description:

As the Lead Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of the Salesforce solutions. You will lead a team of developers, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet the highest standards. Your expertise will guide the team in adopting best practices while driving innovation in our Salesforce environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and develop technical specifications.
  • Oversee system integrations and data migrations, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Conduct code reviews and implement best practices for Salesforce development.
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate training sessions for end-users and support teams on Salesforce functionalities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce development tools and technologies (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, LWC).
  • Experience in leading development teams and managing complex projects.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
