I am looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join my client's award-winning team. If you have a deep understanding of Salesforce development and customization, with a passion for delivering tailored solutions that meet business needs, this role is perfect for you. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, developing and enhancing Salesforce applications to align with organizational and regional goals.

This is a hybrid position that will see you working from their London offices once a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and more.
  • Collaborate with teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems for seamless data flow.
  • Perform data migrations, ensure data integrity, and manage Salesforce data.
  • Maintain and optimize Salesforce applications, implementing improvements.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for Salesforce issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and apply them to enhance functionality.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven Salesforce Developer experience with strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and more.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices and tools (Git, Jenkins, etc.).
  • Salesforce Developer certification (Platform Developer I).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or other specialized products.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer II).
