Senior Sales Manager – Home Based – Hybrid – Office Based – Manchester Brooklyn Recruitment currently have a really exciting role available for a Senior Sales Manager to be home based if preferred, with regular trips to the office in the Manchester area or office based in Manchester. The company sell products and spares to the construction industry. As Senior Sales Manager you will be leading the Sales team to increase both revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction is a priority. You will be devising strategic sales plans as well as mentoring and developing the Sales team. You will be:

  • Writing Sales Proposals
  • Performing appraisals with the sales team
  • Researching the market
  • Implementing sales plans
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Being the point of escalation within the sales team
  • Attending trade shows
  • Assisting with product development
  • Other duties as required
To be suitable for this role of Senior Sales manager you should have previously held a customer facing sales role within the construction hire / plant hire / tool hire / concreting industry, as well as having held a managerial position. You should also be computer literate as well as having great communication skills. A full UK driving license is also required.
