Job Description

About Us:

We are currently looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join a growing, forward-thinking automotive manufacturing customer of ours in Warwick.

Role Purpose:

As an Employee Relations Advisor, you will provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, support management in fostering a positive work environment, ensure compliance with HR policies and employment legislation, and uphold our company values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, appeal, and TUPE.
  • Advise on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Prepare and manage documentation for formal hearings and maintain accurate records of employee relations issues.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
  • Support the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide support to employees and management on work-related concerns.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and conflict resolution.
  • Guide managers on performance management and provide training sessions for skill enhancement.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • CIPD Level 5 certificate (essential).
  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role and handling complex employee relations matters.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel throughout the UK and occasionally stay overnight.
