We’re creating a new team as part of our mission to deliver an ever-improving support HR service to our network of 53 schools that is educating over 25,000 young people across the UK every week. As our Reward analyst, you’ll play a vital part in bringing together all the information our stakeholders and other interested parties need. but also to be part of an organisation that is playing a fundamentally key role in local communities across the UK.
Provide data analysis, modelling and administrative support for a variety of needs
Undertake research and analysis of benchmarking and market trends
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and data visualisation tools such as Power BI, advanced Excel, Visio, MS Office.
Experienced in constructing analytical models, analysing data trends, generating insights, making recommendations, and creating and presenting comprehensive reports to help guide decision making.
Demonstrable experience of delivering reward initiatives including pay review, gender pay gap reporting, benchmarking and pay ranges.
Well organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing complex data.
