This position offers an excellent chance for an individual with comprehensive expertise in Reward, robust analytical abilities and career progression to senior reward positions.
The ideal candidate will be analytical, with a strong understanding of compensation and benefits frameworks including proficiency with modelling and data analysis with the ability to present insightful recommendations on what the data shows. Integrity and discretion are essential, as you’ll be handling sensitive data related to employee compensation.

Ideally 2 years’ experience in a Reward / Compensation & Benefits role
Advanced Excel skills
Experience working on projects around creating career pathways, creating banding structures for job families (ideal, not essential)
