The Commercial Contracts Legal Specialist will lead the efficient management of commercial contracts using technology-driven solutions to enhance effectiveness and streamline workflows. This role will focus primarily on contract lifecycle management, leveraging legal technology tools, and ensuring compliance with legal standards.
Draft, review and negotiate various commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
Implementing and optimizing technology solutions for contract management and workflow automation.
Collaborating with IT and relevant stakeholders to integrate legal tech tools and platforms effectively.
Training team members on the use of legal tech tools to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
Staying updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting commercial contracts.
Providing guidance to internal teams on legal risks and compliance matters related to contract negotiations and execution.
Identifying opportunities for process optimization, standardization, and efficiency improvements within contract management workflows.
Developing and implementing best practices for contract management and document automation.
Providing strategic and commercial advice on contract terms, negotiations, and business implications.
Collaborating with business units to understand their needs and objectives, aligning contract terms accordingly.
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related field; Legal certification preferred.
3 - 5 years of experience in commercial contract management, legal operations, or related legal roles.
