Join our dynamic team as a Content Producer where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Recruitment and Conversion Team within the Directorate of Future Students Marketing and Communications at Glasgow Caledonian University (GCU).

Key Responsibilities:

The Content Producer at Glasgow Caledonian University will play a crucial role in driving innovative student recruitment marketing campaigns across multiple channels to support both global and domestic initiatives. By developing, adapting, and managing content across various platforms, including the university website, the role focuses on creating compelling narratives to engage target audiences, enhancing the university's brand profile, and optimising user experience. Collaboration with marketing teams to identify unique stories and conducting content performance analysis are essential to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with the university's standards and values.

Essential Experience:

Candidates must have demonstrated experience in creating engaging marketing content that effectively reaches and resonates with a diverse audience. This includes a proven track record of producing high-quality written materials tailored to specific marketing goals. Essential skills also encompass a strong familiarity with web content management systems, an understanding of SEO, accessibility, and user experience best practices, alongside the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various departments to achieve unified marketing objectives.

Desirable Experience:

Preferably, applicants will have experience working within the higher education sector, showcasing a deep understanding of its trends and challenges. A strong enthusiasm for employing digital marketing techniques and tools to enhance marketing strategies is highly valued. The ideal candidate will bring a fresh perspective on leveraging technology and innovation in marketing, aiming to support and advance the university's marketing efforts with a keen insight into the educational landscape and its evolving dynamics.
