We’re looking for a 1st Line Service Desk Engineer to join our Cloud and Devices Support team.
Reporting into the Cloud and Devices Support Team Leader, this role requires an enthusiastic, committed and hardworking individual who has the ability to communicate clearly with our customers and provide first line ICT support.

“Deliver exceptional 1st Line support to our customers by communicating with them clearly and accurately logging client support issues on our systems
Escalate support incidents to 2nd line and 3rd line engineers when first time fix is not possible within reasonable time
Achieve agreed customer service levels
Understand core Chess products and services and help identify up-sell opportunities across the range
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Knowledge of basic technology products and services
Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office 365 end user skills

Hybrid working position
