Claims Team Leader

Setting and managing colleagues annual and monthly objectives, ensuring each colleagues receives a monthly 121 to address performance and offer support
Ensuring that annual PDRs (performance development reviews) are conducted within timeframes expected by the business
Supporting colleagues with monthly coaching and development plans and deliver effective monthly team meetings

Salary - Attractive salary based on experience (pay reviews also completed each year)
