Working closely with elected councillors especially Cabinet members, you will support them in undertaking their community leadership and policy and decision-making roles.

You will of course also have the appropriate knowledge of employment law and practice and of workforce transformation, job evaluation, work processes and budget management as well as CIPD membership.
