The successful candidate will display the Oceaneering Critical Behaviors to contribute to building a positive team spirit; Experience in the implementation and ongoing administration of an occupational health and safety management system certified to ISO 45001 standard.
• Experience in the implementation and ongoing administration of an environmental management system certified to ISO 14001 standard.
• Experience in facilitating HSE audits (both internal/external and as auditor/auditee)
• Being the HSE focal point for projects/contracts - collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to deliver on HSE requirements.
• Liaising with subcontractors to improve safety standards.
• Reviewing subcontractor method statements and risk assessments
• Overseeing site activities to maintain safe workplaces and verify compliance with method statements and risk assessments.
• Assist line management in the investigation of HSE incidents and maintain records for these.
• Collating HSE statistics/key performance indicators and undertaking trend analysis.
• Providing HSE training.
• Qualified to NEBOSH General Certificate as a minimum or prepared to work towards attaining qualification.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Degree/Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety and/or Environmental Management
