Are you an experienced Business Development Manager who wants to work with phenomenal tools and technology that automate recruitment and business development processes allowing you 75 days off per year? We’re looking to further expand upon our ongoing success and hire a talented Business Development Manager into our high performing team and focus on engaging new business.

We’re a boutique SME agency, not an old school corporate ad you’ll be surprised just how differently we do things.
We work Monday-Thursday plus we get 23 days holiday + 1 day per year of service (28 Days max) + Bank Holidays
~ Autonomy – you’ll have input into the business and be listened to about your ideas
~ Commission – One of the best structures outside of London with numerous perks, trips & bonuses
You will have expertise in engaging with businesses at all levels and an absolute passion for relationship building
Experience effectively negotiating T&C’s on quality of service over percentages
