About the role:

The role of the Business Development Partner is to develop new business via outbound sales calls and develop relationships with our existing clients. You'll work closely with the Business Development Executives and Business Development Managers to give our client the best customer experience, building your own relationship with clients to promote other areas of the BSI portfolio. You will be responsible for making outbound B2B new business calls to prospective business across the country from market driven campaigns as well as, calling new and existing clients to find out their business needs and support them with their journey at BSI.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualifying prospects from Marketing driven campaigns

  • Making outbound B2B cold calls to prospective Business's across the Country

  • Contacting and building relationships with businesses that attend customer events and providing pre- and post- event follow up support.

  • Identifying new business opportunities for the sales team.

  • Arranging meetings for the field sales team to discuss the product further and complete the sale.

  • Understanding the client’s needs to sell effectively.

  • Ability to emphasise company and product values following training.

  • Generate high quality consented leads for call backs in the future.

  • You will be cold calling businesses generating warm leads by obtaining the information for decision makers.

  • Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine project, budget and timeline.

  • Research organisations to establish potential prospects.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Experience within a call centre environment – ideally within a sales role

  • Strong negotiation skills are essential.

  • Proven track record in achieving targets and KPI’s.

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.

  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
