We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Key Account Manager,  with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, to join the fast-paced team based in Leeds. The Sales Key Account Manager will oversee building long-term relationships with a group of customers, be responsible for generating sales, be assigned prospects, given accounts, or a combination of thereof.

Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, team members and executive sponsors.
Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.
Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals.
Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met.
Forecast and track key account metrics.
Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
Monitor and analyse customer's usage of our products and services.
Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships.
Preference of sales experience in a senior or key account role.
~ Proven account management or other relevant experience.
~ Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, including executive and management level.
~ Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
~ Understanding of customer account development, marketing, measurement, and analytics.
