Job Title: HR Administrator
Type: Contract
Contract Duration: 1 year
An excellent opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a leading renewable energy company. You will be provide an administrative service to the HR Department and to assist in the day to day activities covering a broad range of HR Administration. This is an office based role.
As HR Admin your day to day duties will include the below;
• Providing a face-to-face HR Services to employees to help answer any queries and issues.
• Carrying out the onboarding process for all new hires ensuring recruitment status and hiring managers and kept up to date.
• Liaising with People Operations for onboarding, payroll and leaving processes
• Processing of monthly long services awards ensuring these are processed in a timely manner.
• Providing HR Admin support to all UK HR Team
• Supporting with graduate and apprentices’ annual recruitment cycles
• Supporting and organising HR initiatives and sending out HR Communications
Previous HR experience is essential
