Working hours: 45 (average) hours Monday to Friday, covering a 2pm till 10pm shift About The Candidate: As a Senior Operations Manager, you will have a great track record of managing a warehouse, ideally gained within a fast-paced environment such as FMCG. At least 5 years' experience in a senior management role within a warehouse environment, preferably in FMCG. Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and LEAN principles. Excellent communication, analytical, and IT skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to change. Ability to lead and manage change effectively.
