We are looking to recruit a HR Advisor to provide a generalist HR service to the business by advising on policies, procedures, legal practices and best practices, predominantly in general employee relations, meeting the business’s needs.
The main responsibilities for the HR Advisor include:
Coordinating and advising on programs in relation to payroll and tax
Ensuring compliance with legal procedures such as GDPR and data destruction
Ensuring effective service level provision of external providers such as payroll, HR system, T&A system, Occupational Health
Supporting all areas of HR
Educated to a high level including strong English and Maths
Experience of advising and coaching others at all levels in HR matters, particularly in relation to general employee relations
Ability to uphold values and discretion required of an HR professional
This is a full time, permanent role at our site in Hook, Hampshire.
This role is Hybrid , with at least 3 days in the Hook office, with the occasional travel to our Poynton, Cheshire site.
