Steele Charles are delighted to be working in partnership with a new client on this, a dynamic Sales Manager vacancy within the food industry.
This is a new role, which has been created in line with the continued growth of this exciting ambient food brand. If you're looking for your first step into Sales Management or are already a Sales Manager or a NAM and want to join a business where you can really make a difference and contribute to growth this is the role for you.
This will be based on a hybrid directive, with the particulars yet to be decided but the expected split is one day per week on site.
Mainly responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
* Should be organized and able to analyze performance metrics.
* Deliver, set and monitor sales targets.
* Collect and analyse sales data and trends
* Liaise with Sales and Marketing departments to set and implement strategies for new products and offerings
Proven work experience as a Bulk/Industrial Sales Manager or National Account Manager
* In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics
