Talent Management Lead

**About The Team:**
This role of an operational excellence manager is to lead the operational excellence team to achieve improvements in organisational efficiency, effectiveness, and competitiveness by continuously improving operational processes, practices and skill to meet or exceed business objectives and customer expectations. The role inspires cross-functional leaders to seek continuous improvement and improve both people and process to advance the business.
**What You Will Be Doing:**
● Set an example of operational excellence and drive the culture of continuous improvement. Live and breathe the company DNA and our FRESH values (Fun Respect Enthusiasm Simplicity Honesty)
● Lead site wide strategic change and cross functional improvement projects to drive site performance
● Identify opportunities to improve operational KPIs in a systematic and structured way using Lean and World Class Manufacturing methodologies
● Use Lean Six Sigma tools and structured problem solving to facilitate improvement within the business. Coach and support individuals and departments in tools such as lean, problem solving and performance management to drive best practice
● Design, monitor and report on project related KPIs, whilst adapting and implementing KPIs appropriately to achieve business goals. Support and advise team members on their project KPIs
● Collaborate internally, cross-functionally and with other departments, at all levels, to identify and resolve issues, share best practices and drive continuous improvement across the organisation
● Identify key stakeholders, build and maintain strong working relationships to support project delivery
● Maintain alignment and visibility with senior stakeholders on projects and work streams managed by the team, as well as creating exposure and ensuring the business is informed about current projects and achievements
**Who You Are:**
● Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
● LSS methodologies
● Excellent leadership and team management skills.
● Emotional intelligence
● Excellent Gsheetexcel skills
● Application of WCM & Knowledge of food safety (HACCP etc) would be a plus
