Automotive Operations Manager

Talent Finder is seeking a skilled Automotive Operations Manager to lead our Banbury workshop. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the workshop, ensuring efficient and effective management of service technicians, and maintaining high standards of workmanship.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, a deep understanding of vehicle servicing and repair processes, strong people management skills, and excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, as well as familiarity with Pinewood or 1Link, is highly desirable.
A competitive salary of £32,000-£37,000 per annum, dependent on experience, is available for this exciting opportunity. Additionally, the successful candidate can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including pension, 30 days annual leave, uniform, and employee discount.
As an experienced Automotive Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Oversight and allocation of work to service technicians
