We are currently searching for a proficient and dynamic Head of Health, Safety and Compliance to become an integral part of our central team. We are looking for an experienced professional who will provide high-quality leadership and management for all aspects of the trust’s estates, facilities, and health and safety across our 15 schools. You will ensure high levels of legal and regulatory compliance in relation to health and safety and act as a trusted Advisor to the Trust’s Executive Board on all matters relating to Health & Safety related to our estate.

Whilst the role has a clear strategic focus on Health & Safety, having successfully secured four of our largest secondary schools on the DfE’s School Rebuilding Programme we welcome applications from those who may also have, or have instead, experience which is aligned to managing large-scale estates and capital projects. You may have experience of internal governance for the delivery of facilities building management (FM) and capital projects which will complement our health and safety arm.
The Nova offices are in the Sir Colin Campbell building on the University of Nottingham Jubilee Campus. It has facilities available to our staff such as a Starbucks coffee shop, cafes, a convenience store, a discounted gym and plenty of outdoor spaces.
