What Will You Be Doing?

As a Customer Service Advisor (Polish Language),

  • You will be employed by Firstsource, working in collaboration with a renowned online retail brand. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting Polish-speaking customers through emails and live chat.
  • You'll address their problems or questions, which may range from account inquiries, delivery status, and specific item questions to completely random queries.
  • To succeed in this role, you must have proficient written Polish language skills. You will be expected to deliver an excellent customer experience, similar to what you would expect from a well-known online retailer.
  • This involves addressing each customer's queries, finding the best possible resolution, and providing a unique response tailored to individual needs.
  • This position requires a high level of empathy, customer focus, attention to detail, and the confidence to think creatively to solve problems effectively.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Proficient in Polish, primarily in written form.
  • Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent writing skills, capable of formatting responses clearly and concisely.
  • Strong customer focus, aiming to provide the best service for everyone.
  • Ability to collaborate with and support colleagues.
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain complex situations in an understandable manner.
  • Flexibility in working hours, with availability 7 days a week.
