Your part in the performance We are currently looking to recruit full-time Advisers to join our multilingual customer service division, based in York. This is a fantastic opportunity for an interesting career within the music products industry. We are currently looking people to join the team that can speak one or more of the following languages. Norwegian Danish Swedish Dutch Italian German You will be passionate about providing our customers with a good experience when they buy from us. ideally you will have knowledge of musical instruments and/or products but this can be in anything from playing the bass in a rock band to being first violinist in an orchestra or being a part time DJ. You will be professional, friendly, and reliable. You will be set up to provide brilliant customer service. This will include answering inbound calls (and a few emails) from customers and providing them with friendly and professional advice on a wide range of musical instruments & equipment. Confidence and an exceptional telephone manner with the ability to build rapport with customers. Some experience of working in a customer service environment. Computer literate to a high standard, with good Microsoft Office skills. A good knowledge of musical instruments and equipment would be hugely beneficial. Reliable and committed to providing first class advice and service. Strong communication skills. Ideally have an interest and appreciation of music.
