Business Development Leads

We are looking for skilled Business Development Leads to develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings.
Working remotely or hybrid, you will be able to actively seek out business opportunities that can boost revenue and set our company apart.
The ideal candidate will be able to implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach and strengthen client relationships. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement a business strategy that prioritizes growth and customer ratings.
- Conduct industry research to develop effective sales solutions.
- Promote the company’s products and services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain positive professional relationships with clients.
- Develop a trusting relationship with our existing portfolio of major clients.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Ensure the correct products and services are proposed to customers.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Resolve any issues faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts using key account metrics.
- Industry depth and experience in the energy, renewable and/or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Experience in sales providing solutions based on customer needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
- Educational background in business, marketing, or finance is preferable.
- Proficient user of Microsoft office.
- Experience in use of an ERP system.
- Experience in use of a customer support system.
