About the role
An exciting new role to lead Marketing & New Business within a dynamic, creative agency. The purpose of the role is to identify new leads and opportunities, expanding their client base and brand in the market. You will also lead on marketing to include content creation and communications.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive lead generation using a mix of channels
- Open up new opportunities and arrange new business meetings
- Convert target accounts into new clients and briefs
- Manage the new business pipeline
- Lead the proposal writing process
- Develop and deliver a content marketing plan
- Brand marketing activities
About your background
You will have real hunger for client development, be an excellent lead generator and a powerful storyteller.
Key skills & experience:
- Experience built in a similar new business development role, ideally selling marketing and consulting services
- Proven-track record in identifying new leads and converting them into new briefs
- Experience writing proposals and managing the process
- Experience in marketing and content - creating powerful communications that generate demand and leads
- Comfortable working without lots of process & systems around you. Excited about the hustle, working without a big brand name behind you
- Great at developing client relationships and understanding client needs
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills
