Facilities Assistant
£24,000
Mainstay is currently working with a great client who is looking to recruit for a Facilities Assistant to support the FM team. The role will support Facilities Managers with their day-to-day activities. While also Monitoring, measuring, and reacting to helpdesk tasks.

Duties:
As a Facilities Assistant you will monitor, measure react and follow up on Helpdesk task
You will build and maintain robust and effective working relationships with contractors and other 3rd party suppliers
As a facilities assistant you will act as the local point of contact for external suppliers and consultants and monitor on-site activities.
Perform monitoring tasks on aspects such as (fire safety, fire risk assessments, asbestos, legionella, and Health & Safety)
Identify and report building faults via the helpdesk
Provide and present weekly, monthly/quarterly reports on the services offered andinclude performance against KPI/SLA
Raise Invoices and work orders

Candidate:
Good knowledge and experience within the FM industry
Good IT knowledge e.g., Excel, Word, CAFM
Good Attention to detail and information-gathering
Experience of working within a FM helpdesk Enviroment
