Accounts Receivable Administrator

Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

My client, a well established and friendly company based in Brentwood, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Maintaining all customer information including invoicing, credit limits, addresses, shipping details and pricing
Ensuring new customer account forms are correct, credit checked and authorised before being entered into financial system
Liaising with the Management Accounts team to assist in calculating accrued and prepaid income
Completing all associated filing and administration
Any other duties as deemed appropriate by the Financial Controller or Head of Finance.
