Your role
Advocate and adapt to build trust : You’ll foster deep relationships by informing customers on new market directions and perspectives, positioning Unite as a trusted advisor. You’ll actively listen to adapt strategies according to customer shifts in priority, ensuring alignment with their best interests even during challenging conversations
Consult, educate and challenge for growth : You’ll regularly review and report on revenue extraction across accounts. You’ll utilize data-driven insights to educate customers about unconsidered needs or solutions, driving account growth by demonstrating the need for change and its benefits
Confidently align and maximise value: You’ll address potential concerns and objections during account development conversations with confidence. You’ll demonstrate a clear understanding of how our offer aligns with customer priorities while realizing revenue potential
Joint strategic planning with customers: You’ll co-create strategic plans by educating customers on new insights and perspectives, aligning joint initiatives with both parties' strategic objectives
Continuous improvement and reporting: You’ll leverage customer feedback and data to drive continuous improvement, adapting strategies and solutions based on comprehensive analytics and reporting. You’ll deliver updates that inform strategic planning and sense-making of the customer's position and revenue potential
Chart a path to success: You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in strategic account management or a related field, demonstrating a track record of success in driving revenue growth and cultivating long-term client relationships
Strategic thinking and business acumen: You can think strategically and understand business needs, driving growth and maximizing value for both the customer and the company
Effective communication and influencing skills: You have strong communication skills with a proven ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and solutions to diverse stakeholders, including senior executives, with strong presentation and negotiation skills to drive desired outcomes
Uncover insights, drive strategy: You are proficient in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to leverage insights to develop strategic account plans and identify growth opportunities
Industry insider: You have experience in the B2B and B2G sectors, with a deep understanding of market trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs and preferences
