Account Manager - PR and Digital Marketing
We are very excited to be partnering with a Cardiff based PR and Digital Marketing Agency to join their small and friendly team. This is a diverse role where you will be exposed to a large portfolio of clients and supporting on multiple campaigns across ContentMarketing, Social Media and PR - so if you are looking for a fast-paced creative role this could be the perfect opportunity.
Responsibilities will include:

- Managing a portfolio of clients across a range of industries and providing strategic insight to help clients meet their business goals from their PR and marketing activity.
- Communicating with a number of key individuals within each business and organising/prioritising campaigns based the overall goals of the client and the time available.
- Creating, building and delivering campaigns across PR and social media. Often, clients need campaigns for a variety of reasons and within a range of budgets. You must be able to think creatively but also within set parameters, and think across marketing channels.
- Working across all social media channels, including Twitter, Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok to deliver organic campaigns and creating graphics where needed.
- Building and maintaining PPC and paid social media campaigns across a range of platforms and a broad spectrum of budgets.
- Analytics - analysing and reporting on performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, Twitter Analytics etc. and suggesting key next steps based on findings.
- Content writing - including blogs, social media posts, press releases, thought leadership articles and award entries.
- Building relationships with press contacts and identifying editorial opportunities. Developing news angles, stories and pitches to further the client's profile, products and services.
**Requirements**:

- Strong experience of using all social media platforms in a business capacity; including analytics modules.
- Experience of building and managing PPC and paid social advertising campaigns.
- A good knowledge of CMS platforms.
- An excellent writer with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong people skills, with the ability to communicate ideas and provide strategic advice to clients.
- Experience of managing B2B and/or B2C marketing accounts.
- A proactive and positive attitude - as a small team, our to-do lists frequently change so it's important that you can recognise changing priorities and help the team if needed.
- Basic design knowledge is desirable, but not vital.
