Iconic Resourcing are looking to recruit a Paralegal to join our clients’ Real Estate Practice in either Glasgow or Edinburgh. This role offers significant opportunities for training, growth, and development within a busy team. Our practice supports a range of commercial real estate work, including asset management, investment, real estate finance, and other project support.

About the Role

As a client-facing Paralegal, you will manage your own transactions and assist with various tasks, including:

  • Drafting legal documents and standard forms
  • Liaising with clients and third parties
  • Reviewing and reporting on documents as part of due diligence
  • Preparing LBTT submissions
  • Reviewing title documentation and resolving title queries
  • Handling Land Registration applications
  • Filing documents with Companies House
  • Managing electronic data sites
  • Providing pre and post-completion support
  • Conducting legal research

About You

We are eager to hear from individuals who share our values of teamwork and client focus. You should have:

  • At least one year of experience in the aforementioned tasks
  • The ability to work from our Glasgow or Edinburgh offices
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to manage your own caseload
  • Motivation to assist with larger, complex projects
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality legal advice
