  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative legal strategies to address challenges within the energy real estate landscape.
Preferred Requirements:
  • 2 - 5 years' PQE experience in energy real estate, including on-shore and off-shore transactions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in real estate-related matters within the energy sector.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex legal issues and provide strategic counsel in energy real estate projects.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Qualified solicitor with expertise in real estate law, with a focus on the energy sector.
  • Dual qualification (desirable but not necessary).
