Performance Marketing Manager

As a Performance Marketing Manager you'll bring hands-on expertise in executing and optimising cutting-edge paid search and paid social media campaigns.

In this role, your work will be instrumental in driving Treatwell's growth through meticulous campaign management, data application and innovation, and you'll get the opportunity to be a part of a central function while driving our growth through cutting-edge performance marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data analytics, value modelling, and prediction (e.g. customer lifetime value [LTV] prediction). Moreover using data (e.g. Customer Data Platforms, audience signals and insights) to feed the application of AI and machine learning in marketing strategies.

You will be responsible for:

  • Advanced Campaign Management: Primarily executing and optimising campaigns across Google Ads (search, app, display, video) and supporting paid social media platforms (Meta, YouTube, TikTok), applying technical knowledge and analytical insights.
  • Data Analytics and Insights: Expertly use Google Analytics, Looker, and other tools for performance tracking, LTV prediction, and data modelling. Implement GA4 for comprehensive tracking and optimisation strategies. Leverage our CDP's to grow performance.
  • Technical Expertise: Leverage the Google Marketing Platform for integrated campaign management, enhancing strategies through Search Ads 360 and applying data, AI and machine learning to refine targeting, bidding and increase efficiency.
  • Creative Collaboration: Ensure that campaign creatives are optimised for performance, leveraging technical tools for content experimentation and automation.
  • Operational and Analytical Excellence: Oversee the operational aspects of marketing campaigns, from conception through to analysis to intelligent process automation, focusing on efficiency and the effectiveness of execution strategies.
  • Innovative Strategy Implementation: Stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends, incorporating best practices, MarTech and data advancements, and competitive insights into Treatwell's marketing approach.

About you:

  • Proven expertise in performance marketing with a strong focus on technical, analytical, and data tracking skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, including app, display, and video advertising, and experience with paid social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data analytics platforms (particularly Google Analytics and Looker) and connecting data to enrich platform performance.
  • Experience with Google Marketing Platform, including GA4 and Search Ads 360
  • Exceptional project management skills, able to manage multiple campaigns across international markets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams and MarTech specialists.
  • A growth mindset, driven by a passion for execution, results, and continuous learning.
  • Familiar with leveraging AI and machine learning in marketing is a plus.
  • Available to travel to the office 3 days a week (our office is located in Fulwood Place in London).
