Programme Office Manager - Higher Education
Job Type: Full-time
Temporary to permanent will be considered
We are seeking a Programme Office Manager to take overall responsibility for the planning and operation of our academic programmes. This role involves engaging external staff to teach on courses, managing programme organisation from planning to assessments, and ensuring a seamless experience for both faculty and students.
Assist the Dean with aspects of faculty planning, including finance and contract management.
Provide administrative support for academic staff and issue adjunct contracts, tracking payments with HR.
Assist with enrolment and orientation planning, and monitor student attendance in conjunction with the Director of Student Experience.
Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills and the ability to work with and adapt to IT systems at a high level.
Skilled at building strong relationships and networks with a wide range of stakeholders.
Understanding of data and ability to work with technology.
Experience in planning and scheduling, and experience with Blackboard Learn.
