The role:
Reporting to the Regional People + Culture Manager, we’re seeking a savvy People & Culture Coordinator to join us based in our London office. You will be a part of a global team dedicated to ensuring Les Mills is a great place to work.

This is a key role with scope to influence our wider P&C team and beyond. Working in this fast-paced role, it is the type of position with huge variety, from recruitment to onboarding / offboarding, HRIS and system management, P&C Administration, payroll, generalist advice, facilities management and more. In a nutshell, you will be comfortable wearing many hats and have a foundation of knowledge across global markets.

About you:
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources coupled with a relevant tertiary qualification
  • Knowledge of current employment legislation
  • Proven practical problem-solving skills and a “can do” approach.
  • Strong customer centric approach
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across the business
  • German language skills preferred
