Job Description

Are you a Dispensing Optician with powerful and prolific communication skills? Do you have a strong technical understanding of lenses? Our client is seeking a Quality Team Leader to join their office in Wrexham.

What you’ll be doing

You will coordinate the customer service returns teams and provide coaching, supervision, development and motivation. You will support and train the team to deal with technical questions that will improve the overall service and communication to Eye Care Practitioners.

Your day-to-day might look a little like this:

  • Empowering your team to own problems and seek solutions
  • Answering technical questions and queries
  • Managing new processes
  • Working to improve the overall service offer
  • Developing an understanding of customer needs

A bit about you

Ideally, you’ll be based within a commutable distance of the office in Wrexham.

You’ll be someone who actively strives to develop yourself and others and can relate to and achieve the best performance through people.

  • A Dispensing Optician
  • High-level understanding of Customer Service processes
  • Excellent people skills
  • Good IT skills and understanding of ISO requirements
  • Strong relationship builder and collaborator
  • Displays high integrity and honesty
