Role Overview: As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing classroom behavior and ensuring students remain on task during the absence of the regular class teacher. While there is no direct teaching involved, you will deliver pre-planned lessons, supervise students, and maintain a positive learning environment. This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, or individuals with experience working with young people. Key Responsibilities: Supervising whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers. Delivering pre-set work to students and ensuring they stay focused and engaged. Managing classroom behavior and addressing any disruptions. Supporting students with any questions about the lesson content. Reporting any incidents or concerns to the relevant school staff.
