Key Responsibilities

As a Cover Supervisor with Aspire People, you will be responsible for providing support within Key Stages 1 and 2, based in Leicestershire and surrounding areas.

Requirements
  • Fully qualified and experienced Teaching assistant or QTS / Degree qualification in Education
  • Previous experience working in a primary school setting in all year groups
  • Confidence in teaching and managing a class in the absence of the class teacher
  • Patient and resilient with the ability to maintain a positive outlook and problem-solving skills to overcome barriers
  • Flexibility and availability to work on a daily supply basis
  • An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willing to apply for one)
