Field Sales Executive

Packaging Supplies Group, have an exciting opportunity to add a new member to come & join our growing team. Based in Wallingford, Oxfordshre. Field Sales / Packaging Experience preferred not essential as training will be given to the right applicant. Could this be you? You will enjoy a variety and fast paced enviroment as no day is ever the same, providing exceptional customer service seeing the sales cycle through from the beginning to end and always going the extra mile for customer and providing them solutions. The Field Sales Area you will be covering will be OX / SN / RG / SL / GU / GL. It will be required you live in one of these area codes, so can best service the area. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to acheive sales targets and expand customer base in the assigned territory across the business Packaging Supplies / Takeaway Packaging .
- Identify and Approach potential customers to present company products and services, focusing on packaging solutions tailored to their needs, through cold calling, phone, social platforms and networking.
- To follw up all leads, quotes and enquiries at all times in a timely manner
- Key Duties to gain new busines through prospecting and always having a healthy pipeline, nuture new and existing accounts to full potential
- Calling on cusotmer on a regular basis ensuring issues and enquiries are followed through
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with new and existing customers to ensure high levels of customers satisfaction and rentention, keep them informed
- Provide & Arrange product demonstation across the business
- Collaborate with the internal sales team & other within the business to ensure effective communication and coordiation
- Stay update on industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales & monthly reports, forcasts and other documentation required by the management, have strong sales administration skills including a CRM system and a can do attitude.
- Proven experience as a Sales, preferably in the packaging industry or related fields
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and Part of Team
- Strong Customer Service Orientation and ability to build and maintain client relationships.- Knowledge of packaging materials, industry trends, and regulations will be highly advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
